Shelley is an experienced Executive Coach, Trainer and Health Ergonomist, registered with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the Ergonomics Society. Her training and proficiency is in coaching, ergonomics, industrial and organisational psychology, human resource management and systems, project management, training and programme management and course development. She has worked in small businesses, corporate companies and NGO's in Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand and Bahrain and has travelled extensively in Europe and the USA.
